No idea..

Im new to this site..i really really wamt to go abroad to work as an aid worker for such a long time, what charities pay your flight etc as a volunteer
im struggling to find any one who sends workers abroad from england unpaid where would be a good place to start?

You haven't once said what it is you can actually *do*. What are you an expert in? What skills do you have that people in developing countries don't have but desperately need? What languages do you speak fluently other than English?

AWN has a section of its web site focused on people who want to work in development. Please go to the Advice section, and view the resources on finding a job.

Also, VSO sends expert volunteers to developing countries, and volunteers receive a small stipend.
