The ICCO and Clerk in Actie are currently being supported by Oxford HR in the global search for a Regional Fundraising Officer. We are currently seeking a Regional Fundraising Officer (RFO) for the Central and Eastern African office, based in Kampala, Uganda. The RFO is responsible for securing continuous financing from existing donor networks and to broaden up towards new sources of financing for Programs within the framework of the ICCO Alliance Regional Strategic Plan. Together with the Country Program Managers (CPMs) and Program Officers (POs), the RFO is responsible for generating new and maintaining existing donor relations. The ideal candidate should have proven successful institutional fundraising experience, as well as a good working knowledge of donor policies and working procedures. He/she will have extensive relationship management skills; exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills as well as excellent communications skill in English and French (written and verbal).
