I registered, but you never sent me my password?
After you have completed Aid Workers Network's online registration form, we will send a username and password to the email address you gave us.
The two most likely reasons why you may not have received this email are:
1. Your email provider (for example, Hotmail, Yahoo!, Google etc) thinks you don't want emails from Aid Workers Network
Most email providers create systems to protect their users from spam email, which is commercial advertising that you never signed up for. Sometimes, an email you did sign up for can be trapped by these systems.
Check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder: the email we sent you might be in there.
You can also add "aidworkers.net" to your contacts or "safe list" so your email provider knows that you are expecting our emails. Here is an example of how Hotmail users can do this.
After carrying out the two steps above, request a new password. Your login details should get through this time!
2. You made a mistake when typing in your email address
In most cases, an incorrectly typed email will be picked up by our webmaster. If the mistake is obvious (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) we'll try to fix it. If you think that this might have happened, then send us an email.
