Best Practice Financial Statements

Can anyone recommend a set of small-ish NGO accounts available online that incorporate current best practice? Proforma would be OK. Thanks.

Can you clarify?

Are you asking for full accounts?  End-of-year reports?  Donor reports?  I'm not sure how these will help you, since they vary from place to place and NGO to NGO.

If you are just interested in best practice, then I would recommend starting with the Advice Page on Finance and Accounting, at http://www.aidworkers.net/?q=advice/financeandaccounting.  That page also contains links to Mango and FME, both of which are excellent resources.
