The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) is the largest online resource for USAID funded technical and program documentation, with over 46300 documents available for electronic download. Search the Development Experience System (DEXS), USAID's online database of agency-funded technical and program-related documents using the term "evaluation" and it returns some 500 documents representing methodological guidelines as well as project evaluation reports. The site allows the user to download USAID documents in PDF format for free, and sign up for DEC Express, the bi-weekly e-publication that lists recently acquired documents.

Resources cover a huge range of topics: "Hosting a successful web conference," "Designing a recruitment timeline," "Analyzing quantitative data from program beneficiaries," "Using qualitative data to add value to performance measurement,"
